Horrific. Stay far, far, far away!

The most horrific service! I placed an order with TechnoPro at the beginning of March. After MUCH back and forth they were unable to supply the correct product and suggested a refund which I Took them up on, supplying my banking details the same day. To date - 4 months later! - I have received NO refund despite countless emails and phone calls where I have been assured that ‘it is in process’. Horrified at the way this company treats its customers!!!
