False advertising and ridiculous management

I have been a loyal customer of Technopro for a few years now and have really never had a bad experience......until now, I ordered a Lee #00 Buckshot bullet mold from them, the add clearly had a photo of the mold with handles - no where on the add did it say Handles sold separately. I received my order - handle nowhere to be found. I called Felicia and she said she would follow up with their warehouse, a couple of hours later I called back and was told it is not sold with handles. I made it clear to her that the add had pictures of the mold with handles as well as the fact that nowhere on the add does it state that handle sold separately. She said that there is nothing se can do. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and was told he is in a meeting. He would call me back. Well Kobie never called me, obviously by seeing all the complaints on here I assume that he has now perfected the art of avoiding his customers. So Technopro will never see my money again and if my review dissuades at least one potential customer from buying from them I have done my bit. I know he will not respond to this Review, obviously doesn't have the B##$$ to deal with his customers. (and I have sent a mail to LEE industries in the states to let them know how there resellers are damaging their brands)
