Extremly bad serive

Good day, Ive never dealt with any online store as bad as they are. Selected items into my cart, spoke to a person on messenger, who arranged for me to collect. Then I placed my orders. After Ive placed my orders I got a message that I'm not allowed to collect but they will sent it with courier. Then after no delivery it is a back and forth promise for delivery with their driver. also note that emails don't get answered, phone call don't get answered. messenger sometimes a week for a reply with yet another empty promise. And yes today 2 June 2020 I still dont have my goods, still no replies, apologies anything whatsover. If I could rate the minus 10 for service thats what I would give them.
