DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! On 23 November I have ordered and paid for a holster for my firearm. I spoke to Felicia confirming which holster would fit my firearm, as well as confirming if I'd be able to send my own courier to collect after the order has been placed and processed, which Felicia confirmed.

Since payment was submitted they blatantly ignored all my communication in regards to payment submitted and getting my parcel. I could not reach them anyhow by telephonic communication or email.

Being suspicious of their sudden silence, I checked Hello Peter and Google and noticed everybody that left reviews have been ****med out of their money and never received their order placed.

I then decided that this is ludicrous and cannot continue, and decided to open up a case of ***** with SAPS for investigation. I also informed my Bank of the matter for investigation, since we both banked with Absa.

A few days later "all of a sudden" out of the blue communication from their side was resumed, informing that payment was received.

I never responded to their communication since I opened the ******** case against them. Either ABSA or the investigating officer contacted them and informed them of the case.

On 15 December I received my holster to UTMOST MIRACLE.

I believe that they didn't think I would go as far to open a SAPS case, and hastily made plan to make sure I receive my parcel to SILENCE me. So they can carry on with ******** other people who would just oversee and let it go.

I refused to let it go - and I believe this was the turning point that made them move.
