DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ******!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE *******! I ordered two items and chose the pickup option. I was not aware that this apparent "business" is run from a house. When I drove there, I was told I had to wait for an email to alert me to come pickup. I then informed the gentleman that I met there that I would not be willing to drive back so I paid R180 to have the items delivered to me. He informed me my items are in the warehouse and should be shipped to me the next day. The next day I get an email saying that my items are with the courier, then 5min later got another email saying that the one item I ordered has been sold out. I then drove back again to this "business" only to find that the courier email was just a story (my item was still there). Upon enquiring when will I be refunded for the courier fee and then item that was stocked out, I was told I would be refunded the same day. That was 3 weeks ago.. no refund yet. They put on a phone number on their site just as a front, no one ever answers. Nor do emails get responded to. The best kicker of this whole interaction with these ****** is that they sent me an email saying I should review the one product I did receive to help other customers.
