Disappointment

I took may Casio keyboard in for repairs on the 1st of October. The lady at reception told me that I i will receive my quote Friday on the 4th of October 2019 or on the Monday .the 07th of October 2019I did not received my quote. I had to phone several times to asked where may quote is . The lady just said she will follow up . She did not come back to me . I did only get may quote On the 14 of October 2019 . The quote that they send me just says repair fee and they don't day what is wrong with my keyboard. I will never take eney of my instruments there again. It is the worst experience that I have. I will not recommend them to eney of may friends.
