damaged goods received - supplier wants to know nothing.

<p>I ordered some cleaning rods from Techno Pro and recieved bent items. They may have been bent in transit, they may have been sent bent. On complaining I am told to insure the parcel if I want to receive it in good condtion. Words were " we offer the option to insure parcels"</p> <p>Thank you - you suck.</p>
