Bad Service

Very poor customer service!!! Not providing any updates on when delivery will happen. Waiting now for 6 weeks for an items which was advertised as "in stock". Extremely bad service!!! And I am still without the paid item. Also tried to cancel my order for a refund which they refuse to do!
