Bad service

I think that I'm fortunate not to have placed an order with this company. Initial pre-sale customer service was terrible with them never getting back to me and me having to make numerous calls to them just to get confirmation that they had a particular item in stock. In today's times surely checking stock levels should be just a mouse click away for the sales staff and not having them to phone their warehouse.

I have also tried without any success to get them to tell me how my order would be shipped with the "free shipping" option for items over R1000. They dodged this question time after time. I'm pretty sure my parcel would have ended up getting lost or ****** in the Post Office parcel service if I had fallen for their free delivery option.

Reputable companies will always be upfront with customers and not try to dodge any "difficult" questions. Their prices might be good, but I'm not willing to sacrifice everything else just to save a bit of money.
