A Company Of *****'s during lockdown...

Well I wish there was a rating in the minuses as these guys really suck when it comes to customer services. They make you pay for products and a delivery fee for express delivery in two day, and then mail you back stating that there is no delivery in lock down. There is no notification or warning on their website during transaction stage. They manipulate and threaten you and force you to remove your reviews and Facebook post, and then after ignore you if you log a support ticket on their site. They do not refund you or send you your stock , and then still have the audacity to send you mails that they can now do business. So they take people’s money without delivering the products or do the refund, this was the worst online shopping experience ever, they have probably bride the people for good reviews, or was only giving good service at the beginning. After they send you a email to state they can do business they ignore your mails, or just don’t respond. I gave up on the transaction and see the money as ******, as the products was still not received, even after numerous attempts to contact the operations managers, the owner and the sales teams.
