20% penalty on return Goods

It is sad to see that some online companies are so desperate to sell their goods at all cost. I have placed an order at Technopro at 15:30. That evening I decided against the purchase and contact them 9am the following morning via telephone and email. The response I get was “20% handling and restocking fee” – this is in their terms and conditions but I would expect that a cancellation would be approved within 24hours or shorter. Unfortunately, I would not use their service again.
