WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Exceptionally rude and aggressive when dealing with queries. Was not open to discussion about how to resolve certain issues, only claiming that the problems are situated with us and not them. Will definitely be seeking alternative suppliers.
