Useless

Only once i ask for a directors contact details and demanded a full refund including loss of salary (had to take unpaid leave to wait for a non existent technician) did a manager contact me and within 48hrs my washing machine is working again..thank you Michael, even though you were helpful and very communicative this whole ordeal has left a very bitter taste in my mouth..i will do my absolute utmost to avoid all dealings with you organisation in the future. This organisation needs serious work as far as customer service is concerned.
