Trash service and useless technician

Be warned about.technologia midrand. 1st i did not receive a quote. 5 days later i call up only to find that my phone had not been booked in and they had no idea where my phone was. Next the reason it was not booked in was because a job card had been left open at the previous place, but nobody told me so i could not get the card closed. Finally, 2 days later, i get a quote of just undwr under 10k with nothing on it of what was wrong. I call up and find out that they are quoting my forthings not wanted i.e a new battery when mine is 5mnths old and atill under warranty, new screen when mine is not cracked and then the real reason my phone needs repairing. Now i have to wait 3 days for a revised quote and if i reject the quote i have to pay an additional 298 on top of what i paid fir the quote. I was not warned that i wpuld have to pay this ao i will not be paying that
