Poor service quality from Bolttech

I was referred by Asus International to Bolttech to repair the damaged screen to my computer. It took 2 weeks to get a response on my inquiry, i then went to the office in Midrand to drop off my computer. I paid a R303.16 fee for them to check the damage. This was on the 13 May 2026. I have since been **** to that they have sent a quote on repairs. The consultant Alida reads my emails and takes 3-4 days to respond to simple question. to date there i sno quote no feedback just read emails.
