Paid but no assistance.

Booked in my phone for a screen repair, did not hear anything for a few days.

Mailed the support team and the lady asked where did I place the order, I rep**** with on the website and paid by card and sent all the relevant booking information. A week goes by with no reply and 2 follow-up emails.
