My Samsung 50inch 2 year old TV failed to start thanks to Loadshedding and Eskom. Reached out to Samsung customer service and they sent Technologia group to assist me. Very professional and efficient in sorting out the porblem. In 2 days the problem was fixed and I was getting regular updates from the team as well.
