Bad service

I bought a Nokia 6.1 plus in February 2020 at Mr Price store.At the end of June my device stopped working and it just said your.device is *******.I took the phone back to.Mr Price as it.Is.still under.warranty.I have to.phone and.follow up as to.how far the.repairs are and.the.consultant I dealt with is not helpful at all.How long must I still wait as.it's been more than 21days already
