Although HiFi Corp sat with this a while, once it reached Technologia Group, they ordered the part they thought was needed. A few days later they collected the tv, turns out something else was wrong but I had my TV back 2 days after they collected it. They took it down, put it back up, the works. Phoned all the time, kept me up to date. Hated that it needed a repair, but they just made the process so much better!
