Black on black terrible service

<p>On the 25th I contacted technoking about them installing my new explora decoder. A guy by the name of Themba came&installed it but later I realised most channels weren't clear& were giving me a message saying bad connection. I called &smsed Themba and to date he's been giving me the the run around&not responding to my calls. I am truly appalled by his treatment and this makes me hate black people's businesses. I am a black woman and feel that if I were WHITE he wouldn't be giving me this **** treatment &service. Uncivilised black ass!</p>
