Bad Service

Technogold Jewellers, Shop number 31 <br> <br> 5 Sep 2015, I took a Burberry watch for fixing and on that day the lady who helped me was impatient and in a bad mood but I thought she is not in her good space and I ignored it, I left the watch and was told they will phone me back with a quotation. They did not call me back and I phoned them, I was told they still waiting for the quotation.<br> <br> Today, 18 Sep 2015 I get an sms from them that it was not repaired and I need to collect it, I call back the phone number to find out why and the person who answered it was impatient and rude, the line was bad so I did not hear her properly and she hung up on me and said \Aaag"<br> <br> I do not know if this kind of service is given to blacks only or what"
