Worst Online Purchasing Experience Ever

I ordered a birthday present for my son from Technogadget on 17 May 2020. I follow up with then 4 days later to get a tracking number. The staff were not helpful at all and all the follow up was done my me. To date I have not received the package. My last follow up I received and automated response informing me that Covid has closed them down. I assume I can kiss my boys birthday present good bye.
