No Response, Never Returned My 2 x Monitors Costing R4000

Don't use this company. They took 2 of my Samsung monitors in for repair on 28 April 2021, and they have never return them to me. After numerous requests to bring them back, it's been now 2 and half months, they promise and promise and have never brought them back. They have ****** my two Samsung PC monitor costing more than R4000 and I am close to report them to the police.
