Promises and promises and no working product

NEVER use Justin Coetzee. He installed an aircon that did not work since the day he installed it - and now can't be bothered to come repair it. He makes up numerous excuses to come out and never does. The first time I informed him that it did not work it took him more than a week to come and look. Miraculously the aircon worked when he was here. But the next time I wanted to use the aircon it again did not work and it has been almost 2 weeks of getting him to come out. I planned my days around the times he said he would come out and then he simply never arrived and would not reply or answer his phone either. He never even gave me my invoice, even though I paid in full from his quote and have asked him numerous time for it. All together I paid him and it has been 2 months since the day of installation/payment - and I still don't have a working aircon. I eventually had to get someone else out to do a repair and Justin said he would reimburse me for this - but never did.
