Under promise and over deliver (service) and excellent product

I recently bought a laptop from them and was able to specify changes to the order (added RAM and SSD). They were very friendly and efficient. Their price (already very reasonable) was somewhat higher than company x which was the cheapest place I could get this specific laptop (I already used company X and they messed up my order and the laptop's now out of stock there), so the lady managed to have the price reduced for me. The communication from their side was very professional and they rep**** to every question I had almost instantly and with much patience. When it came to the delivery of my laptop they said it will likely only be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday the next week because of the added RAM and SSD installation, but in the end the delivery arrived on Thursday (6 days earlier). I'm typing this review on the new laptop which was received in great condition and is working perfectly -- I even had less bloatware on this laptop than laptops I've bought from other shops (coincidence?). A special note of thanks to Sma, the agent that assisted me, she is such a great asset to this company.
