Techno Vision real or ****?

Good morning Did anybody buy anything from Techno Vision online shop? How was your experience? I ordered a Huawei phone on the 30st last months and I don't know what to think about them. From what happened till now I tend to believe it is a ****. They were in a hurry to ask for payment then sorry there is no stock with the supplier because the new model will be available on 13th this months then again a story that there is no availability till next months. I phoned them but they don't answer teh phone and they don't answer my emails asking for a refund. What kind of online business is this? What would you do if you were in my place? Any feedback will be helpful. Thanks
