Placed an order at the Automated Order Machine, order was successful, I received the receipt and sms from the bank.

Was informed that the cant see my order on their system, I showed them the receipt, they said I must leave, maybe I will be refunded later.

Phoned Area Coach Mike Monageng, first suggested it is my fault, then said I must buy something else so they can see what happens, got in a heated discussion after he said he will give me my food, but I must give my banking details to his staff so they can follow up, Im supposed to trust people who cant even take an order.

Contacted customer service, nothing so far, they can apparently ***** your money, and you just have to accept it.
