Techno-Bugs Central - Shockingly BAD!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic and shocking service delivery from a so called "family owned business".

Our electricity shorted and we got an electrician out to do an inspection, to identify the problem. The electrician advised us that we need to replace the DB, that there are numerous faulty wires and that the DB board is overloaded - not even enough breakers for all of the wires. Techno-Bugs Central issued the CoC when the property was sold to us. So, Techno-Bugs Central came out to do an inspection on the Wednesday and told us that we will be issued with a report before the end of the week. After numerous follow-ups, and almost a week later, we finally received a mail from them, not a report as promised, indicating that there is only 2 wires that they need to repair, nothing else.

I then sent them a mail to explain that we are not at all happy and that should there be a fire, our insurance will not pay out, and that our children could also have shocked, due to the faulty wiring. Techno-Bugs Central's response is as follows: "If your children have not shocked yet - then that tells you that your installation is safe." Really??

So we decided to get an inspector out to confirm that it is only the 2 wires that needs to be replaced, and we received a 7 page report with electrical issues, including that none of our electrical outlets are earthed. A nice letter stating that our electricity is non-compliant also accompanied this report. This report was also sent to Techno-Bugs Central, and 2 weeks later nothing has happened. Now, all of a sudden, the ****y individual that assisted us, is not at the office, and apparently no-one else there is able to assist us?????

I will advise that each and every household, assisted by Techno-Bugs Central, get an inspector out to their properties, and get a proper inspection done. We are not specialists in the field, and those that are, are taking advantage of the fact that we do not always know what is going on.
