Wow, what a joke

Wow. Where to start. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Don't even waste your time. They chronically lie, ignore your calls, over promise and under deliver. We've been trying to place an order with them for over three weeks already and have had nothing but empty promises and disappointment.

1) They don't answer their phones (landline or personal cellphones) 2) Nobody seems to know what is going on 3) After eventually getting hold of their sales manager 3 weeks (!) after after accepting their quote to find out when we will be getting feedback regarding our invoice and stock, I was promised that the invoice would be sent out the same day and that we would receive the stock 2 business days later. 4) When following up today (the stock was promised to be delivered to our warehouse yesterday as we have had clients waiting for 3 weeks) I am told that there never was stock of the items that we ordered to start with, so the stock was never sent out, even though I have emails from the company promising this?
