Sun block used but still Sunburnt

This text is a copy of the email I sent to the co whose email address was in the UK delivery failure notice returned as “mailbox full”. The web address on back of container was a basic pdf doc with a link to technilab who also don’t list an email address for complaints and it was out of office hours to call the number given. The bottle has the CANSA endor*****t logo on it.

“We live in KZN, SA and I’ve been applying this sunblock purchased from Dis-Chem this season! I used it on the beach on my kids and their cousins only to discover they all got sunburnt! I blamed myself thinking I hadn’t app**** enough. Today I used it again in my son who spent 2 hours of the morning playing in and out the pool! Before swimming , I made him sit out the water for 15 mins in the shade to allow sunblock to absorb! I had however bought the wet/dry spray to be able to use on my kids at the pool on wet skin. I app**** two coats. He then played. He came out the sun for midday and then I went to re-apply cream for an afternoon outside only to discover how sunburnt he was!?

I’m very disappointed in your product! It is a factor 50 and should mean good coverage for 2 hours! I’ve used Nivea with hardly a colour change in the skin and Eucerin with excellent protection! I especially chose the Techniblock for its wet/dry application.

*Pls see pics attached for your ref! The photo of my child’s back looks milder than what it is in reality and his shoulders are very red! What is wrong with this product? “ * cannot post pics here
