Will they deliver?

1 day before 60 days wait for product lapses. Will i get nothing, a refund or will they deliver? Unfortunately the fact is they do not respond to mail - the only way to find out about purchases. Account logon does not work and consequently there is no expected online purchase record and delivery status reporting.
