Smart watch -worst services ever

The worst nightmare ever. I do not recommend anyone to buy any item from these people. I ordered a smart watch on the 24th of Agust 2019. Up to now I have not received. I've sent numerous emails to the company I only received 2 or 3 responses confirming that the item is at customs, 4weeks ago??????
