Goods not recieved and no refund

I bought goods a cellphone that costed me R3999.99 from August end month till today I have been waiting and.waiting I texted them.they said they going to bring.in the goods..than I requested they bring my money back and do refund but still they havent.. I asked for proof of repayment and still till today they do not even answerr me anymore just recieved and quite no reply whatsoever. I want my money back or else im taking this matter to higher.court and fight it!! Imma get ugly I want my money back
