Missing components

My monitor set was taken in for repairs with technifix as recomended by HiFi corporation. After approximately two months I the enquired on the progress whereupon I was informed that my set was not reparable. I the collected the set and paid assessments fees. After a while I then decided to take the set to another repair shop in Stanger where I was informed that components were missing from my set. They informed me that parts had been ****** or removed for spares .
