Horrible experience all-round

<p>Took my phone in with a cracked screen, they "repair" the screen and it works fine, but I notice that it's lifting off slightly from the phone. On their invoice it states that I have a 90 day faulty workmanship guarantee. After about 70 days, the screen starts flashing and only works properly when the lifting part is pressed into the correct position, this is obviously as result of poor workmanship. I take it back and I'm told it will be ready next week.. A week later I get a call saying I have a quote for R935. From then on it was just downhill with them refusing to fix the device and saying they would get back to me and never would, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE RECIEVED, BOTH WITH THE FIXING OF THE PRODUCT, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I definitely do not recommend this company, and I'm in the process of taking them to court.</p>
