Horrible product & False promises

Technicrete Failed to deliver an average quality product in the agreed timeframe.

We ordered charcoal cottage stone pavers for a 800sqm + commercial project and not 1 paving stone was alike, faded and washed out colors throughout the batch.

After weeks of numerous meetings, phone calls and begging for this to be resolved, Nics supplier (Technicrete) agreed to replace the product.

2 weeks later a new batch was delivered to site and this batch too was a disaster. Again meetings and phone calls proceeded for us to try get a refund.

Nic and Technicrete agreed to refund us on numerous occasions and yet we still await for a refund of over R100 000.

We are taking legal action against both.

Horrible experience! Stay away!
