The guys at SR Technicool Air Conditioning are absolutely amazing! This will be the only company I use for my air conditioning needs moving forward!

The Office Administrator, Caro, treated me with incredible respect and care, and made me feel so valued. Every email was answered almost immediately, every question was attended to diligently and knowledgeably, the installation team were on time on the day of installation, and performed a sterling, exceptionally high quality job on the installation.

Caro even organised me a new condenser cable cover to replace the one the unit shipped with, that had a small scratch on it. Not really enough to bother most, but enough to bother me, haha.

Every single aspect from start to finish was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and the entire deal took less than a week to complete, from order to completion.
