Terrible workmanship and customer care

Terrible terrible workmanship and customer care; stay away! - Changed their deposit from 70% to 80 % which we paid without question. - Technicians were hours late, came unprepared without a tape or pencil. - Technicians weren’t able to advise us correctly, resulting in a horrific installation. - When we raised our grievances after we were left with an incomplete job and a big mess (there were holes everywhere, trunking everywhere, dirt on walls, exposed wires etc) our calls were ignored, all the owner was concerned about is us paying the balance. They insisted that they would not let technicians do anything further until balance was paid. - We have since had a different company come and fix their mess and would not recommend them to anyone!!!

These people are not interested in a quality service or customer care - they are quick to take your money and don’t care about clients.
