Terrible maintenance whilst still in warranty period

<p>Our company aircon was serviced and repaired on 12 December 2016. Whilst still under warranty aircon is heating on 16 degrees instead of cooling. I've reported the problem via e-mail and telephonically on Monday 3 April 2017. Appointment was made by Caro from Technicool Centurion for Tuesday 4 April 2017. No show. They do not answer my telephone calls nor my e-mails. I've driven to the company in Clubview. There is no such an address. Will never recommend their service to anyone!!!</p>
