My recent experience with Technicool Airconditioning was terrible. I ordered an 18000btu aircon for my lounge on Friday 07 June 19 and prior to installation on Saturday 08 June 19 I asked the Technicool installer to measure and make sure that the unit will work optimally in the lounge considering the open plan kitchen and passage area. He confirmed that the unit will work perfect and i gave him the go ahead to install. I used the unit at full blast and my lounge still wasnt warm. I requested assistance from Caro this morning, Monday 10 June 19 and was told that they cannot do anything as the unit is now used and imp**** that I should have known that the unit would not have worked optimally. What a load of ****, Technicool are the experts here, not me. Even after explicitly asking to make sure that the unit will work optimally they are saying otherwise. This is very poor service, please do not use this company!
