Technicon SA wants us to pay N5 twice due to COVID

We paid for N4 and N5 at Technicon SA last year and my sister was supposed to do both levels last year but she did not, they told us to pay for N5 again this year. I’ve asked them a couple of time to send it in writing to me, I haven’t received any document to date.
