No results for money paid.

A friend and I both did some studies through Technicol SA and wrote the exams. A year later we still had no results. After numurous calls with still no answer to our result I had to find out from the Department of Education that my term point was not sent in by Technicol SA. I contacted the principal and with promises from her that she would get back to me within a week, I am still waiting. Even after follow calls from me. Money thrown away.
