No Communication Regarding Results

I app**** for a course at Technicol sa. It is a correspondance course.They were very fast to take my money, but after writing the examination they refused to give my results. They do not respond to emails or phonecalls. When phoning they send me on a wild goose chase only to find out that they are the only ones who have my results as it is with them that I enrolled. Very poor service. I wrote my exam on 05 and 09 June 2017 and it is November now. I have to know my results if I want to continue, if I dont get my results before the end of the year and I did not pass, I will have to do the whole subject over again next year. The time to rewrite the exam is close and I still have no response. I am not the only one who is struggeling to get an answer out of them. One Subject costs R2100 and I do not have that kind of time or money to throw away.
