Our new home has a brand new Techni Punch Steel Built-in Braai and both the top and bottom doors were so badly bent, by the builders/contractors, that i could not close the braai. I decided I would take my doors with me to see if I could purchase 2 new doors at the factory. They took them away and withen 5 minutes brought them back completely staightened out. That was great and I was happy to leave with the fixed doors. The staff, on noticing some slight rust on the one door, then took both doors from me and into the spray booth for a fresh coat of paint. Then when I asked about all the bits and pices to hold the doors in pace when open and closed, they gave me all that too. When I asked what I owe, there was no charge.
