Stanley was paid to repair the backlights on my Samsung TV

Stanley was paid to repair the backlights on my Samsung TV. 5 days later the issue reoccurred. I have called and messaged Stanley numerous times with no response. He has taken my money and left me with a broken TV. I am disgusted with his lack of customer service and total disrespect for people's hard earned money---a ***** and a ***** in my view.
