Worst customer service ever

My very expensive order was not delivered, yet they insist their tracking shows that it was, and to check with THEIR agent, DHL. DHL has a contradictory story, insisting the item was sent back due to missing pieces. Neither will assist, been over a month of back and forth. Extremely frustrating. Do not risk ordering from any of the Inn suppliers. Pathetic customer service.
