Very bad service

I ordered a phone from Techinn on the 9 Nov 22,I was told that it was going to be delivered on the 22 latest will be the 29th Nov 22.Today is the 30th Dec 22 never received it, I have been email and whatsapping the agent I was told that they are still investigating. I am very angry because every time I open a live chat I am being told to be patient but no refund.
