Techinn = *******

I ordered a cellphone on the 6 April 2021 from TradeInn and since the 9th of April the status of the parcel is 'on transport to the country of destination'. After several enquiries I still don't know where my parcel is and I can't get a refund as the product was already dispatched. The TechInn support is not helpful at all and can not tell clients where their parcels is and the feedback received is generic.
