Techinn pathetic

This organisation place adds to buy now and you receive item on date given, once they have your money they make all sort of excuses that they don't guarantee delivery at that date and much later, my parcel has not even landed in the country and they said to me it was going to be delivered 23rd April, they are arrogant and keep telling me and other customers to Wait another 5 to 15 days, it carries on and on
