Techinn **** alert

This is the second time I'm writing to confirm I have never received my Shark vacuum cleaner,Tracking number CI***NL, order number ***7. I Paid over R10,000.00 Rand for This Shark vacuum cleaner in November 2022. I was eventually informed 2 weeks ago that the shipment was lost, and I would be refunded. I am yet to receive my money back from these people. Beware, I believe this company is nothing more than a **** taking your money, and never shipping the goods. Techinn, I'm hoping you can prove me wrong by refunding my money. SO VERY ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. Actually 0 stars.
